I. REGISTRATION

Registration fees are subject to a 24% VAT

Registration fees includes:

• Congress material
• Access to the Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
• Coffee breaks
• Light Lunches
• Certificate of Attendance (with U.E.M.S. EACCME Accreditation)

II. WET LABS

Registration fees are subject to a 24% VAT

Registration Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Congresses & Events in writing
• For cancellations received up to and including March 28th, 2025: Full refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee
• For cancellations received up to and including May 16th, 2025: 50% refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee
• For cancellations received May 17th, 2025 and onwards: No refund will be possible
• Registration name changes will be possible up until May 30th, 2025
• All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress
